Free domestic shipping on orders over $50

All orders ship free when the final cart price is above $50 or after coupon code or any special discounts.

When will my order ship?

All orders have a 24 to 48 hour processing time. Most orders are sent out for delivery within 24 business hours. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Tracking numbers will be automatically sent out as soon as the package is ready for shipment.

Our shipping team words hard to ensure that customers receive their packages as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.

We typically process orders from 9:00AM PST to 5:00PM PST during weekdays. We do not process orders on Saturdays and Sundays and Federal Holidays.

Where do we ship to?

We ship to all 50 United States, as well as, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands. For armed forces, please select APO/FPO for your shipping method.

We also have international shipping to most countries. If your country is not listed during the checkout process, we are most likely unable to ship to that location at this time.

International Orders

All international customers should be aware of customs and importation laws for their respective country. Also, all taxes, duties, and VAT Fees are not covered by CBD Logik and customers are responsible for these payments. CBD is not responsible for any packaged that are seized or stopped by the authorities or any fees that are required for international duties. Said differently, you (the customer) are responsible for purchasing our products and having them shipped to a country outside of the United States; therefore, you are fully responsible for your purchase and you thereby acknowledge that you are aware of the laws pertaining to such transactions. Note: Please contact your local authorities for more rules and regulations pertaining to electronic cigarettes and vaping products.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are ONLY applied to products that are returned to out facility. If your package incurs any returns fees or duty fees, those fees will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.

All transactions will be in U.S Dollars and will not be converted to your local currency. CBD is not responsible for any conversation fees associated with international orders.

For Priority International Shipments, tracking will show movement from our facility to the US international Sort Facility and then once it arrives in your country (Not all countries will provide tracking updates. If you have not received your order within 15 days, please contact your local customs agency). Standard international shipping will only show movement from our warehouse to the US international sort facility. (If you have not received your order within 45 days, please contact your local customs agency).

Late Shipments

CBD Logik does not guarantee transit times. Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

We ship all orders via USPS. For more information, please contact USPS directly. If you feel your shipment was late due to a service failure, file a claim by contacting USPS:

Order Tracking

Once CBD Logik ships your order, we will email you your tracking number(s) to the email address registered to your account. Tracking and Order Information can be viewed by logging into your account.

Please do not be alarmed if there delivery confirmation for your package has not been updated in a few days. USPS confirmation does not updated until the package has reached a sorting facility or your local post office. There are no updated in between. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office. USPS offers speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make the mistake of mis-routing a package. Unfortunately these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays by USPS.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Submission(s)

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

Lost & Undelivered Packages

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of CBD Logik, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier chosen. CBD Logik strives to resolve these matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update. Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. CBD Logik is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.

How are replacement parts shipped?

All replacement shipments and warranty shipments are shipped using USPS First Class Mail.
